Request account deletion.

Delete your PROJECT HEAT player account and linked cloud progress held by Digital Drift s. r. o.

Send your request

Email digitaldriftplay@gmail.com with the subject PROJECT HEAT account deletion. Send it from the Google email you used in the game. You can use this page without reinstalling the game. Do not include passwords, verification codes or card details.

What is deleted

After verifying the request, we delete the linked Firebase player account and cloud game save, including gameplay progress and the account’s saved purchased benefits. We aim to respond within one month; if verification or a legally permitted extension is necessary, we explain it.

Records that may remain

Necessary purchase, refund and anti-fraud records may be retained for legal obligations, disputes or abuse prevention. We explain any applicable exception and retention period in our response. Deletion does not itself refund a purchase or delete records held independently by Google Play.

Your device and diagnostics

Use Android Settings → Apps → PROJECT HEAT → Storage → Clear data to remove local progress, or uninstall the game. Uninstalling does not delete cloud records. You may also request deletion of associated data without deleting your account; describe the records in your email. Optional diagnostics follow the retention and identification limits in our privacy policy.
